Each municipality has its own requirements for permits that need to be obtained prior to work commencing. We generally submit the drawings and permits on the owner's behalf unless otherwise stated.

Examples of work that may require a permit would be a newly built home, addition, deck, garage, shed, secondary suite or new basement development.
